For corporate events

Conference photos before the closing keynote

Conferences, product launches, offsites, award nights and office celebrations: the photographer shoots, and attendees and your team have the photos while the event is still on.

Updated

Who it helps

  • Marketing and social teams download full-quality photos during the event and post while the hashtag is live, instead of a week later.
  • Speakers, sponsors and award winners get their stage photos the same day, ready to share on LinkedIn.
  • Attendees scan a QR and save their photos without an app, a sign-up or a form.

Where attendees find the QR

  • On the badge insert or lanyard card
  • At registration and the help desk
  • On the stage screens between sessions
  • In the event app, e-mail or the Slack or Teams channel

Confidential moments

Galleries are unlisted, kept out of search engines and open only with the QR or link. When a photo should not be shared — an unreleased product, a slide under NDA, a closed-door session — the photographer hides it from the gallery in one tap. Hidden photos can be shown again later, in their original place.

Multi-day and multi-track events

Each event in SnapMila has its own QR and its own gallery. For a multi-day conference you can create one event per day — so attendees land on the day they attended — or one event for the whole conference with a single QR printed everywhere.

What the venue needs

  • A Wi-Fi network the photographer's camera can join, or a phone hotspot. Corporate guest networks with a sign-in page usually do not work for cameras, so a hotspot is the safer plan.
  • A photographer whose camera has FTP transfer — built in, or with the maker's transmitter.

Good to know

  • Galleries show photos, not video.
  • At large conferences people want to find their own photos. Selfie search is planned but not available yet; until then attendees browse newest first, or you split the event by day or track.
