SnapMila is an online service. Nothing is shipped — here is how and when a plan you buy starts.

1. What you buy
SnapMila sells storage plans and extra storage packs for its photo-sharing service (see the pricing page). They are digital services. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
2. When it starts
After a successful payment on snapmila.com, the plan or pack is added to the SnapMila account you signed in with, usually within a few minutes. Open the SnapMila app to see your new plan and storage.
3. If it has not started
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, e-mail [email protected] with the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate it, or refund the payment in full under the cancellation and refund policy.
